11April,early morning 2005 was a terrible day for the RMG sectors. A ninth storied factory building of Spectrum Sweater Industries Ltd turned into rubles. The financial and human losses of the accident were terrifying and shocking. It claimed a huge number workers life and injuring hundreds of other workers. Finally the death toll stands on 64 while the number of injured workers goes beyond hundred. Twenty two workers were critically injured and some of them lost their limbs. Many workers suffered from long term disability.
